You are invited to join Deer to Tango for an intensive weekend with Vio and Crew TangoForge. Currently based in Berlin, TangoForge is known for a commitment to precise and distilled technique and to improvising with every movement from the history of tango. They love close embrace, and they are fascinated with how tango can be used to express the world heritage of music – including dubstep and Chopin!
TangoForge seeks a liberated tango which gets beyond hungry women and masterful men to discover deep creativity through the profound roles of this dance.
The weekend includes biomechanics classes and improvisation classes. You can take one day or two days. It’s not possible to take the Impro classes without the biomechanik classes. Every student will have a 30-minute private lesson.
Ni är välkomna att ta del av en intensiv helg med Vio och crew TangoForge från Berlin. Utmärkande för gruppen är deras finslipade och ….precisa teknik och att improvisera med rörelser från hela tangons historia. De älskar den nära omfamningen och är fascinerade av hur tango kan användas för att uttrycka olika danser såsom dubstep och Chopin.
Tangoforge strävar efter en befriad tango som sträcker sig bortom de stereotypa rollerna och inspirerar till en djupare kreativitet genom de grundläggande rollerna i dansen.
Denna helg inkluderar biomechaniks-klasser och improvisations-klasser som du kan välja att ta en eller båda dagarna. Det är inte möjligt att ta impro-klasserna utan biomechaniks-klasserna. Alla elever får en 30 minuters privatlektion.

Anmeldung & Details

Registration is required in advance.
It is not necessary to register with a partner.
This workshop is not appropriate for Absolute Beginners. But if you have already had 5 hours of tango in your life, then you are welcome to join. We will cluster the students by level
The price is 1000kr for one day, including one private lesson, lunch, dinner and entrance to the milonga. 1900kr for two days including one private lesson, two lunches, two dinners, entrance at the milonga, overnight stay, breakfast, practices and coffee and tea.
The price includes two lunches, two dinners, milonga, overnight stay in the villa, breakfast, practica and coffee and tea. Please inform the hosts if you have any special dietary restrictions.
The seminar is limited to 26 participants. The first 20 people will have reserved a bed, the last 10 to register will need to bring something soft for sleeping on the floor.
We will have a milonga on Saturday night.
