Argentine Tango exercises

A light embrace and clear communication rely on a strong lower body. Smooth and graceful movements rely on muscle control.

Here you can learn about the most important muscles for power and fluidity, do exercises to increase your awareness and control of them, and understand how we use these muscles with special Argentine Tango Exercises.

The Exercise Center is non-linear. You can start wherever you want. Learn about muscle chains for tango functions, do a whole workout, or just spend two minutes learning about one muscle. There are also guides for protecting your back and knees.
